Through consciously crafted online courses led by indigenous teachers, we encourage absolutely everyone to roll out some self-care and love by connecting your mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to support you to acknowledge yourself as a whole, as you are an incredible combination of elements that need all to be acknowledged and nurtured.
This is for you; when you embrace the ancient wisdom of yoga through courses and classes, we wish for you to experience moments of discovery, joy, self-reliance and acceptance. Most of all we wish that we are able to support you to achieve a balance between the earth, others and most of all yourself!

In the beginning, we entered the yoga space with sustainable cork yoga products. Pretty soon it came clear that there wasn’t a shortage for those in the markets, but what is almost completely still missing is the authentic and safe practice, and its indigenous teachers. The lack of authentic representation has created a very distorted image from the ancient practice focusing solely on body image. The harm caused by the missappropriation of the practice has had worrying affects. Practicioners exposed to the westernised yoga practice have declared several issues such as anxiety, shame and physical injuries:
