The main message of the Gita is to remove delusion or confusion from our minds that prevents us from doing our Swadharma – our natural duties, in life. A comprehensive understanding of the concept of Karma, the idea of duty, conflict resolution, yoga, and many more life concepts are beautifully illustrated in this text. There is an underlying universality to the text that makes it relatable for people of all walks of life. teaches you how to train your mind to lead a better life.

This 6-month course is designed to take you through the entire text and give you an in-depth understanding through live sessions which provides a space for dialogic learning and self-reflection.
