A comprehensive understanding of the concept of Karma, the idea of duty, conflict resolution, yoga, and many more life concepts are beautifully illustrated in this text. There is an underlying universality to the text that makes it relatable for people of all walks of life. teaches you how to train your mind to lead a better life.
